Help us create, maintain and remediate native landscapes across Gippsland and Melbourne's South East.

ABOUT HABITAT CREATIONS
Habitat Creations is a family-owned company specialising in large-scale urban landscaping, natural environment remediation and revegetation, and native plant supply via our Wholesale Nursery.
Our field teams operate across Greater Melbourne and Gippsland, servicing a range of clients including Private Landholders, State and Local Government Departments, Water Authorities, and Catchment Management Authorities.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
As a Leading Hand - Environment, you’ll play a critical role in leading and supervising teams responsible for environmental remediation and revegetation, environmental and sensitive (WSUD) weed control, and other related tasks as required.

To be considered for the role there are some key Skills, Experience and Qualifications you'll need:
Experience in an Environment or Bush Crew position, ideally in a leadership/supervisory role
The ability to demonstrate sound knowledge in Environment works including native plant and noxious weed ID, Herbicide application (i.e. Knapsacks, Quik Spray units)
Construction White Card
First Aid Level II
Current Driver’s License and reliable transport
Availability 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)
A Conservation & Land Management (or similar) qualification
Chainsaw and brush cutter experience
